Hey Everyone! Today I am going to share a Roasted Garlic and White Bean dip with you. This is such an easy dip to make(I had the majority of the ingredients at home already) and it also won't break the bank as far as ingredients go. This would be a great dip to bring to a party or also as a mayonnaise substitute as it is creamy and would compliment any sandwich well. Enjoy!
Roasted Garlic and White Bean Dip:

*5-6 Cloves of Garlic (Skin On)
*1 Can of White Beans (I used White Kidney Beans) (Drained)
*4 Tbsp of Olive Oil
*1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
*1 tsp of Dried Oregano
*1 tsp of Dried Parsley
*1 tsp of Dried Basil
*1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
*1/2 tsp of Onion Powder
*1/4 tsp of Paprika
*Salt to Taste
*Pepper to Taste
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
*Once oven is heated, place garlic on lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until garlic is slightly browned.
*Once garlic is cooked, let cool for a few minutes before removing the skin.
*Place the garlic, drained white beans, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and spices to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and add some water if needed to make it creamier. Adjust seasonings if needed.
*If you are planning on serving this immediately, place into oven safe dish and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or if you are in a bind, you can also microwave for a minute until warm.
*Place into bowl and serve with fresh veggies or in a sandwich. Enjoy!
