It makes me super happy that it is finally feeling like May weather wise and because of this, my sister and I decided to make some fruit Popsicle's yesterday! We cut up and used blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes, watermelon and tangerines and then for the base made two with Sprite, two with regular coconut water and two with pineapple coconut water; they turned out great!! They were super fun and easy to make and are a healthier option than buying Popsicle's at the store which can be loaded with sugar.
